Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of SAR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note that we don't accept a reservation with more than 6 rooms and we have the right to charge it upon reception immediately. Please note that we will take a deposit upon arrival then we can refund within check out in cash basis. For all bookings with dinner included during Ramadan, dinner will be replaced with Ramadan breakfast (Iftar).
